Dance is often the scene of unexpected destinies. That of Jaat Benoot is undoubtedly so. Coming from a family where sport is king, the young Belgian embraces a career as a dancer. In Monaco, he studied at the Académie Princesse Grace and discoved the repertoire of Jean-Christophe Maillot who would offer him a few years later the opportunity to interpret a mythical role: Carabosse in La Belle.
